Custom cocktail stirrers for UK bars and events.
Plan branded cocktail stirrers for bars, weddings and events. Choose artwork, print sides, quantities and a delivery brief before requesting a UK quote.
A branded stirrer puts a small design alongside a drink, so clarity matters more than the amount of information you can fit on it. This guide helps you prepare a brief, choose the listed options and avoid artwork or timing mistakes before ordering.
Start with the venue and service plan
A permanent cocktail menu, a wedding reception and a one-day brand activation need different quantities and messages. Choose one main purpose: identify the venue, mark the occasion or support a campaign. Trying to include a logo, slogan, social handle and long message on one small top can make all of them difficult to read.
Count the drinks or settings that will receive a stirrer. If guests may have several drinks, guest count alone is not a reliable quantity estimate. Keep each artwork version and its required quantity separate in the brief.

Prepare the design at its final size
Use the template matching the selected top size, rather than scaling an unrelated design. A logo that looks clear on a large monitor can lose detail at the finished size. Print a paper copy at 100% scale to judge lettering, spacing and contrast.
Keep important artwork inside the template safe area and extend background colour into the indicated bleed. Supply a PDF or high-resolution PNG; exporting a small social-media image as a PDF does not restore missing detail. Ask for a free file check if the template or resolution is unclear.
Decide what belongs on each side
The order page offers single-sided and double-sided print choices. Specify whether both sides use identical artwork or whether a separate reverse design is required. Review both sides of the proof, including text orientation, before approving production.
Material and suitability must match the actual use. Describe how the printed accessory will be used and ask for confirmation where necessary; avoid assuming that a decorative product is suitable for every drink or food application.
Compare the complete order, not just unit price
Check the current quantity tier, selected option and production speed in the product order panel. A useful quote should identify the specification, quantity, delivery requirements and any special packing. Do not compare two prices until you know they cover the same work.
For a fixed event date, request confirmation of the schedule before placing an urgent order. Artwork approval, production and courier delivery each need time. A faster production option does not automatically guarantee arrival on a particular day.
Can I order cocktail stirrers with my own logo?
Yes. Choose the listed product options and supply your logo as a PDF or high-resolution PNG. Use the template for the selected top size and request a free file check if you need help preparing it.
Can I print a different design on each side?
Choose double-sided printing and include both designs in your brief. Ask us to confirm the artwork arrangement and price for your specification before approval.
How many branded stirrers should I order for a wedding?
Estimate how many drinks or place settings need one, then decide whether to allow spares. The suitable quantity depends on your service plan; there is no universal number per guest.
Can I get stirrers for an urgent event?
Send the quantity, selected options, artwork status, delivery postcode and required arrival date through the urgent-order form. Availability and the delivery schedule need confirmation.
