The order panel lists the available card stocks. Choose the appearance that suits your design and service: a natural paper background and a smooth printed finish produce different visual results. Paper shade can affect colours, so do not judge the final result from a bright screen alone.
Avoid adding broad environmental claims to your design without evidence for the particular stock and local disposal arrangements. If an environmental specification is important to your purchase, include it in the enquiry so the current material can be confirmed.
Keep the design clear around joins and tabs
Choose one message that can be understood quickly: the café name, an event identity or a short campaign. Follow the selected template to place the design on the visible exterior and keep essential lettering away from joins and cut edges.
For QR codes, test a printed copy at its intended size and consider how the curved sleeve affects scanning. Supply PDF or high-resolution PNG artwork with the template's bleed. A free file check can review setup before you approve production.
Plan assembly, storage and the order brief
The sleeves are supplied flat with interlocking tabs, assembled without glue. Allow staff time to assemble them before a busy service period or event. Keep the sleeves dry and plan where assembled stock will be held.
Provide quantity, sleeve size, card stock, print sides, cup details, postcode and required arrival date. Use the current product panel for available prices and speeds; ask for a quote when the size or requirement is not listed. The sleeve order does not include takeaway cups.
